How Long Will It Take & How Much Will It Cost to Ship My Order?
If the Stock Status of your items displayed as "In Stock" (Click "Check Availability" on the product page) it will probably ship within 24 hours. Add this time to your selected shipping method to get the total time to receive your order. Note: Orders placed after 2pm PST will ship out the following day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Shipping Carriers do not count weekends as a day in transit. We ship UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air & UPS Next Day Air. All military orders (APO, FPO) will be routed via the USPS. UPS does not delivery to PO Boxes.

Note: UPS does not guarantee Time in Transit for UPS Ground orders.

What Kind of Guarantee Do You Offer After the Sale?
We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging, excluding paintballs and airsoft guns. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Please contact the manufacturer for gun returns as most provide at least a 90 day (most offer 1 year) full parts and labor warranty! Where do I get my Air Tank Filled?
All paintball fields have Co2 refill stations. Other Suggested Locations: Sports Authority (East coast), SportMart (West coast). If you live in a rural area, or would like to fill your own tanks we sell a full selection of fill stations and weighing scales.

What do I do if my merchandise is damaged in transit?
All shipments are insured. The first thing you need to do is contact us and we will begin the claim process for you. Please keep all original packaging. Please call 1-877-712-7708 with the following info: Invoice #, Tracking # and description of the damage. The freight carriers will expect you to hold the merchandise for 7-15 days, depending on the carrier, for inspection. The average time to settle a damage claim is 30 days from the date of reporting it.

UPS didn't deliver my package on time!
UPS does not guarantee delivery times for UPS Ground shipments to any residential address. The only guarantee is on UPS Air shipments. If your 2nd Day or Next Day Air package doesn't arrive on time you will need to call our claims department at 1-877-712-7708. Please have your order # available. They will file a service failure with the Carrier, and refund the shipping charges to your account. Be advised that claims for service failure must be made within 30 days from the date your merchandise was SHIPPED, (the date the carrier accepted the shipment from us, not the date you received the package).
